How It All Started

Hi, I’m Cheryl,

My journey began very early in my fitness career. I was aware the majority of people I was coaching were women who were navigating the menopause, especially through the early stages of perimenopause. During this time, there were few resources and research about the menopause. There were limited conversations surrounding this topic because back then it was something to be embarrassed about, or it was spoken about in hushed tones.

​

I could see all around me the impact menopause was having and I knew that exercise, nutrition and healthy habits if approached the right way, could be part of the solution.

I realised the importance of exercise, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits in managing these changes.

 

Through research, educational courses, and experience coaching women I have connected with various experts in this field. I’ve discovered effective strategies that have greatly improved their quality of life.

I use this knowledge and experience now to support women by:

  •  Offering personalised nutrition plans

  • Coaching effective exercise routines tailored to prevent injury and build strength

  •  Sharing practical lifestyle solutions to help manage symptoms and enhance well-being
